2. Our Response to DMCA Notices
- Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will promptly investigate and may remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
- We will notify the user who posted the content about the complaint and any action taken.
- If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a DMCA counter-notification as described below.
3. Counter-Notification Process
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification including the following:
- Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
- A description of the content that was removed or disabled and its location before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed due to mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyrights in accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service.
